How to commission and about the process:

What information do I need?

​

- Your character / characters name

 

- Character's / overall idea detailed description.

(Please don’t write a novel, keep it short, to the point. :))

-If your character is from a game like FFXIV, please list their equipment by name as well.

​

-Gather reference photos that you can include in a link.

​

-Are you a patron? If you're, what pledge are you on?

(you get discounts!)

​

-Do you need the picture by an exact date? (Please if you do, try to contact me as soon as you can, at least 2 months before the date.)

The process:

Step 1:
Fill out the inquiry to start and I will get back to you.

Before I can book you a slot we need to have a conversation about the commission.

​

Step 2:

If everything is fine and you want to book a slot, I will give you a date when I can start working on your picture.

For booking a slot you will need to send half of the payment (Prices are in GBP, British Pound Sterling) as deposit. Please do not send any payment before our discussion!

I will send you a paypal invoice from aerynart@gmail.com. This is non-refundable upon cancellation (for any reasons) by the commissioner.

your slot is only secured by booking. if you don't answer to our discussion in days don't assume that i hold the slot on pending waiting for you.

Step 3:

On the date you booked, I will send you a sketch that you can overview and request changes at that stage.

You have 48 Hours to approve and respond to that e-mail, if you don’t get back to me in time I have to start the next commission in line and your place will be put at the end of the queue. For this possibility you also accept that your commission can be brought forward a few days, if it happens to the one's before you.

After you’re happy with the sketch I will continue the work. Depending on the complexity of the piece I will send you WIPS (work in progress) for overview. completion time depends

on complexity but usually in 1-2 weeks from the sketch.

Step 4:

when I finish I will send you a proof of completion. After you reviewed, I will send you an invoice with the remaining payment. When the payment is completed I will send you the finished high resolution version.

About the prices:

Please keep in mind, these are starting prices, if your character is very detailed and your idea is complex I may charge more. (We will go through this in our first discussion. :))

 

Terms and conditions:

 - I own all my works and I reserve all rights.

That means I am allowed to use the artwork in any portfolio, advertisement, on social media, or similar.

​

 - I am allowed to make prints or other copies of the artwork.

​

 - Permission granted to reproduce for personal use only.

​

 - This includes avatars/icons, profile pictures, forums, print them out and hang them to your wall, etc

​

 - Commercial copying, publishing, lending is not allowed without prior written permission.

​

What about NSFW?
Vanilla: Straight, Yuri, Yaoi, Shemale

What I wouldn’t do:

Any scenes and characters that are close to horror, gore. (I’m okay drawing fantasy characters like succubi, tiefling that are demonic) If you’re not sure please ask!

I don't draw any rape / guro / scat / watersports / animal / violent pictures / any real people / anthro / pregnancy.

I mostly do fantasy, rpg genres.
