What information do I need?

• Your character’s name (or characters’ names)/ your pet's name

• A clear, detailed description of your character / pet and overall idea
  (Please keep it short and to the point :))

• Reference images of characters (please provide them as a link if possible) of your pet: please provide clear photos taken at eye level, ideally in natural daylight.

• Are you a patron? If yes, which pledge tier are you on? (You’ll receive discounts!)

• Do you need the artwork by a specific date?
  (If so, please contact me as early as possible, ideally at least 2 months in advance.)

The Process

Step 1 – Inquiry

Fill out the commission inquiry form and I will get back to you.
Before booking a slot, we will have a short discussion about your commission to make sure everything is clear.

 

Step 2 – Booking

If everything is agreed and you’d like to proceed, I will offer you an available start date.

To secure your slot, a 50% deposit is required (prices are in GBP).
Please do not send any payment before our discussion.

I will send a PayPal invoice from aerynart@gmail.com.
Please note: deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the commissioner.

Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit is received. If there is no response within a few days, the slot may be released.

Step 3 – Sketch & Approval

On your start date, I will send you a sketch for review and changes.

You will have 48 hours to respond. If I don’t hear back in time, I may need to move on to the next commission in the queue, and your slot may be rescheduled to the end. Your position in the queue may also shift depending on timing.

Once the sketch is approved, I will continue the artwork. I may send progress updates depending on the complexity. Completion usually takes 1–2 weeks after sketch approval, depending on detail.

Step 4 – Completion

Once the artwork is finished, I will send a final preview for approval.

After confirmation, I will send an invoice for the remaining balance. Once payment is received, you will get the final high-resolution file.

Terms & Conditions

• I retain full ownership and copyright of all artworks.
  This includes the right to use the work in my portfolio, social media, promotional material, and other platforms.

• I reserve the right to produce prints or reproductions of the artwork.

• Personal use rights are granted to the client upon completion of the commission.

• Personal use includes, but is not limited to: avatars/icons, profile pictures, forum use, and printing the artwork for personal display.

• Commercial use, redistribution, publication, or any form of resale is not permitted without prior written permission.
